Tri-Star Worldwide Logistics was founded in 1990 by Ian Challis and Geoff Davis with the purpose of establishing a highly personalised, professional international freight forwarding and customs brokerage. By keeping this philosophy front and centre over 30 years of growth, we have developed a reputation as one of New Zealand’s leading independent freight forwarding and logistics providers. Over this time the company has grown to a team of over 50 experts across forwarding, customs and warehousing & distribution. Craig Abbott and Ernst Graf have been on the Tri-Star team since 2000 and 2006 respectively, and joined the directors team in 2013.
Community Days are one way we meet our commitment to the environment, and also strive to have a positive impact upon our wider community. We partnered with the organisation Conservation Volunteers for a series of community planting days targeted towards recovering a portion of our customers’ carbon emissions. Tri-Star community planting days
Our inaugural community planting day was held in June 2019.
Planting days are one part of our commitment to our environmental recovery programme, where we seek to recover some of the environmental impact of our freight movements. Our freight customers are invited to join the Tri-Star teams on these planting days held in conjunction with the Conservation Volunteers community. Tri-Star Mid-Winter Swim Cancer Society Fundraiser
June of 2019 saw Tri-Star’s inaugural mid-winter dip to raise money for the New Zealand Cancer Society. A cause well worthy of our freezing dip, and we might even be looking forward to the next one!
